Word 2007 right margin

Although I have set margins at 2.54 cm all around, my right margin is moved
to the left by about 2 1/2 inches and this side of the page is shaded. When I
print the page, the page is condensed to the left with a shaded area down
the entire page on the right hand side. Anyone know a remedy for this one?
