I am using Office Word 2007 running on Vista Business on a Lenovo Thinkpad
T61 I've had only since August, 2008. Though it hasn't started happening
often yet, it is still a problem. What happens is that sometimes, at random
and without any warning, when you hit the "control" key to do something like
underline text, or save your work, the document will suddenly jumpt to 500%
size, goes to the first page, and then refuses to scroll down, instead just
sort of shuddering when you try to scroll down, or use the PgDn key, or the
mouse, or anything. Re-setting the size from the ribbon's zoom function
under View worked once or twice, but the last time this happened it didn't
help to re-size that way. This is a strange problem, but it happened on the
trial version I used at first and it has started happening again on the
Office 2007 Professional version I've loaded on the computer since. I would
appreciate some help as I'm a professor and need my computer very much.
Thanks.
