Word 2007 Setting - Don't add spaces between paragraphs!

Hi all,
I'm looking for some help regarding a setting in the Paragraph dialog. I need to get Word to use this setting for every document I start.

I don't want a space between paragraphs. I like to control the spacing on my own. Is there a way to create a template and use that template when starting a new doc, which will include this setting checked as its default?
