I am using office 2007 enterprise on Vista ultimate 32bit.
I have a pretty decend laptop, so the computer hardware performance is out
of the question.
When I open office while connected to the internet by WAN (variable speed
connection), whenever I try to edit or create a new word document, everything
becomes slow and word even freeze for a few seconds (from 3 to 20 seconds)
when I pass my mouse over some options (Ex.: styles, format, using ctrl-b to
make some text in bold). However, it seems to work pretty fine and fast while
connected to a WAN. Files saved on my desktop or anywhere on my machine cause
that problem.
Anyone has experienced the same problem and could tell me how to fix it?
