Hi Dbuchanan,
Almost every word in my document is marked as misspelled with a
squiggly red line. I have checked "Word Options" > "Language Settings"
and "English (U.S.)" is selected for both primary editing language and
Enabled editign languages. Why am I geting this behavior and what can
I do to correct this?
The setting you looked at does not necessarily correspond to the
language used in the document. Look to see if the language is given in
the Word status bar. If not, right-click the status bar and choose that
option. That will tell you the language formatting of the current
selection.
In order to change the language of selected text, click this entry in
the status bar and choose the language there.
