word 2007 spellcheck

when I check documents in word with spellcheck it doesn't check the whole
document. I get a message that says "text marked with 'do not check spelling
or grammer was skipped"

how do I get the entire document checked?

Simple, change the attributes of the text marked 'do not check spelling or grammar' (note the correct spelling of grammar!).

You can do this by selecting the suspect range then going to Tools|Language|Set Language and making sure 'Do not check spelling or
grammar' is not flagged.
