Word 2007 - Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard won't start

Word 2007 - Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard won't start, it just stops running.

When I
Open Word,
Click the Mailing Tab,
Click Start Mail Merge,
Click Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard from dropdown
Word stops running and just sits their with the hour-glass running. Looked
in Task Manager and status for Word is not runnng.

What do I need to do to solve this?

I do not know what would be causing that problem, but you can customize the
Quick Access Toolbar by adding the original Mail Merge Helper to it, or the
required buttons from the Mail Merge toolbar that was available in earlier
versions of Word.
