I have a customer, when they open a word document from a shared public folder
on another pc (files shared), when he makes changes and saves but is unable
to open again since it states file is in use try again another time. But no
has the file open. if I go to the owners vista machine in its public folder
where the file is located it still states in use try again later. What is
causing this??? Microsoft I came accross something that stated a phantom
program is holding the document open??? can anyone help me on this issue.
