Word 2007 vs Word XP (2002)

I have several lines of code written in VB.net for word 2002 (XP)

If I want to use Word 2007 what level code change I should expect?

Does word object has been changed (big time) in Word 2007?

Does Word 2007 and Word 2002 has entirely different object model?
