Word 2007: What have they done to Labels?

using office 2007sp2 on vista business sp1

I've had just about all versions of word since 97
If I want to print labels, I just highlight the address in a letter
and hit 'labels'
When I do this in word 2007, if the address is


company
xxx
xxx
xxx

all the label will print is the company and no address details

Do you guys know what's going on and how to get back normal 'office'
functionality?

Works OK here (2007 SP2) - can you create a label from scratch and insert an
address from Outlook? Does that print OK?
