Word 2007 windows 7

Dear All,

While typing text I suddenly I thougth I was on a new page but in fact ALL
text was deleted.
I do not know how this happens.
I was confused, thought that I was in a new file and saved the file and then
looked for my original file.
BUT the original was the only file and was blanc.

Is it possible to restore my file ?
How can I set Word 2007 to save automatcly every 5 minutes?
