Word 2007/Windows XP

Hi,

Since installing Office 2007 some months ago, I have had the following
problem with Word 2007; the top righthand buttons, Minimize, Maximize & Exit
hang the program when pressed.

I have tried reinstalling but to no avail. Everything else in the program
works fine.

I would like to know what keys in Regedit I need to delete so that I can
have a clean install of Word., which hopefully will resolve the problem.

If you start in Safe Mode, do the buttons work correctly then? From Start,
Run type in

winword /a

and press enter: Word is now open in Safe Mode. Please test now.

No, I the program still hangs, and the only way to come out of it is through
Task Manager.

I suggest uninstalling Office and then deleting the Office12 entry in the
registry. It should be local machine, software, Microsoft, Office, 12. It
will be recreated when you install Office again.
