We are installing office 2007 and having a bit of a problem with word 2007.
You can't highlight any text with the mouse. This is true for a new document
or one done in office 2003.
I have installed all the updates and sp1 for office.
Thank for the help.

Run Regedit and delete the Word DataKey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\version number\Word\Data
