Yeah, that's [almost] what he's trying to do but Word 2007 doesn't offer the
option as an explicit menu command as it has been in the past versions. You
have to add a button to the QAT.

Ken: Keep in mind that even if you send the file as HTML all the content you
mentioned -- tables, charts, formatting -- will still be included. The only
difference is that it will be included in the body of the email message
rather than as a separately attached Word document file. If you want to send
*only* the unformatted text content of the document you'd do best to use
Save As Type: Plain Text, then send the resulting text file as an attachment
or copy/paste into the email message.
