When I try to open an existing file, Word 2008 for Mac freezes. I can't use the mouse, so can't use "Force Quit." I have to turn the computer off, losing whatever is open, and start again.
Try ALT+APPLE+ESC. I have the same problem, how haven't they caught
this major bug?!!!
