Tell the user to first ensure that ALL the updates for Mac OS X and for Microsoft Office are applied to her computer. That's your starting point. Until she's fully up-to-date, all bets are off. After applying all the updates, it sometimes helps to use the Mac OS X Disk Utility to "Repair Disk Permissions". Then reboot the computer! The "Disk Full" error is very non-specific. It means that Word was unable to write to or delete one of about 25 files it has open while working on the document. That, in turn, often indicates problems with the folder permissioning within the user login. Hope this helps -- Don't wait for your answer, click here: http://www.word.mvps.org/ Please reply in the group. Please do NOT email me unless I ask you to.
