Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
I've a fairly large document (about 80 pages), each page contains 1 to 3 simple tables, the text following each table is formated into columns, page breaks are also used.
I first noticed the problem while attempting to print 2 pages per sheet with duplex printing. It appeared as if blank pages were being inserted into my document. I checked the printer. The printer is new and in tip-top shape and had no trouble printing other documents in the same manner. I then tried saving the document as a PDF... multiple PDF files were created. I tried printing as a PDF and the same problem occurred, multiple files were created.
It is as if my single word document is being treated as many independent documents. I cannot seem to find what detail within my document (formatting or anything) might be the cause.
Any suggestions?
