Word 2010-Beta don´t start up any longer

I have had the program installed for about a week and it functioned OK from
the beginning. Suddenly, without installing or unstalling any other progam I
get the followning errormesage whenI try to start the program:
"Operatingsystem is not configured to run this program" and nothing more
happens. Only a restart won´t help. Nor I can enter documents and try doble
clicking on the document i want to open.
I use Vindows Vista Home Premium with all sevicepacks and updates installed
automaticaly

Try Control Panel>Add Remove Programs>Repair
