word 2K only printing one copy on WinXP

Running into an issue when running word 9.0.2720 on WinXP SP2 and trying to
print more than one copy of a document. Tried printing more than one copy
from Excel and had no issues.

Any advice?

Hi, jfortjames. Two things you might try:
1. In Word, turn off background printing by clicking on Tools | Options |
Print | uncheck the "Background printing" box | OK.
2. In Windows, turn off print spooling and/or advanced text services in
Start | Control Panel | Printers | right-click on your printer name |
left-click on Properties | Advanced.
