Word 6 lockup after re-installation

I recently had to re-install my Windows 2000. After I did
so, my Word 6 wouldn't work - probably because the
registry wasn't the same. Ditto my other Office Products.
So I reinstalled Office (4.0) and everything works fine..
...........Except Word. I desperately need it to work so I
can send out resumes, and can't upgrade because:
A. I'm Broke
B. My other development software doesn't like Windows XP

Any Suggestions?
