word 97 error

I have word 97 and am trying to print a document from it
but everytime i print from this document i get a Dr Watson
error message: EXCEPTION ACCESS VIOLATION (0xc0000005)
Address:0x301d8ee9.

Is there any way that this can be fixed?

Try reinstalling your printer or updating the driver from the manufacturer's
website.

Check that you are up to date with Word 97 service packs from
www.officeupdate.com while you are at it.
