Hi,
I have a user here running Windows NT4 and Office 97 (with all OS and
applications service packs). She has developed a Word problems where by some
documents have lost their formatting. By formatting I mean bullet points no
longer there, the font changing to Times New Roman, losing charts etc. I
have removed (using the Office removal tool) and re-installed Office and
have deleted and re-created normal.dot. Does anyone have any ideas please? I
have seen on Google that I may need to check the graphics driver which I
will do but can't see how this can be the problem as surely it would affect
all documents?
Thanks in advance
Mike
