WORD 97 options box error

Hi tech minded people

Can anyone help me with this one

I still use Word97 on Win98se ...
and in Word when I open the > tools>options >..
several tab options with that box are "off-set" and out of view and unable
to use?? namely the "track changes" and "compatibility" and "edit" sections.
They are only 50%visible?

I am not too sure, I thought saw somewhere there may be an MS upgrade to
address this fault but cannot find any references to this fault anywhere on
microsoft support site

any help very is very much appreciated..
