Word 97 to Word 2003 PROBLEM?

Upgraded a user to 2003 office and now when you open a word document with our
company logo in it , the logo will be flipped over UPSIDE down! The logos
are like this in every document, when we send it to someone who still has
Office 97 it works fine?

This is on a 1.7mghtz PC with Windows 2000 pro and 256MB of ram!

Has anyone seen this before? Thanks!
