Word 97

Have a user that whenever they try to open a Word97 document on a specific
Windows 98 machine they get the following error:

The file <filename> is not a valid Win32 application

All other office files open without a problem, as does the files on any
other computer.

My guess is that on that Win98 machine, the file association for .doc
files includes a "run" action instead of an "open" action.
