Word 97

I created a form in Word 97 and want to insert an email
address as a hyperlink so that the form can be sent to the
email address. I cannot figure out how to insert the email
address so that it appears as a hyperlink. Right now it
just appears as plain text.

Hi Colleen,

You can either use Insert/Hyperlink or go to Tools/AutoCorrect and on
the AutoFormat as you Type tab make sure "Internet and network paths
with hyperlinks" is turned on.

Note if you use Insert/Hyperlink you need to open the drop-down list
under "Link to file or URL" and select "mailto:" for an email address.
