I am getting these messages when trying to open word 98
missing shortcut 0SA9.ex
The windows installer has failed to install the program associated with this file. Contact system administrator

I recently had to restore my hp due to virus/worm. I reloaded Windows 98. Any help? Thanks.

Also, there is no Word 98 for Windows OS AFAIK. Perhaps you meant Word 97?
