Word Add-In not in COM Add-Ins List

Hi,

We have a C++ COM Add-In for Word. At one point, when the dll was
registered, the name of our Add-In would appear in the COM Add-Ins
list of availbable add-ins.

It is not in this list anymore - does anyone have an idea as to why it
does not show in this list?
