Word Add-in

I'm developing Word Add-in.
Problem:
- Open first word document - Add-in is loaded correctly and works
- Open second word documet - Add-in is loaded (appears) but when I click
it does nothing.
- Just one loaded works ok

Anyone know what can solve this problem?
