Word "Add-ins" for PDF format

I have office 2007 and I noticed there is a tab that says "Add-ins." Under
the add in menu, in custom toobars, is an icon called "save as PDF." Do I
have to have the Adobe Reader program in order to have 2007 save a .docx to a
PDF file? If not, how do I download the add-in?
