Word/All Microsoft Product Hangs

I Get This Error, and it periodically hangs. Almost
everytime I start the program it either hangs and then
crashes or works just fine. It is not just word either
msn messanger, Microsoft Explorer, a few other also hang
just not as bad and do not come up with an error message
like word did(error messsage above). Thanks can you
please help me.
