word and adobe

When I try to open MS Word 2002, I receive the error
message "word is currently recovering your documents."
Then, I am prompted to open in the Safe Mode. When I do
that, the cycle starts all over again.

Does this have to do with Adobe Acrobat v. 6
Professional? Help please.

Hi Jake,

Adobe could have something to do with the error you are encountering.
The best way to check is to move the Adobe Add-in from your Startup
folder and see if the error continues to occur.
