Word and Excel have refused to open and ask for pgm disc.

when i try to load the pgm disk, it is rejected, Sometimes, i can go to MY
Doc's and double clik on a file and get to open or.... sometimes i can right
click on the icon on desktop and use the "open with" option. Also, am having
trouble with getting a new or a reply to come up in Outlook. Tries to load
word.
