Word and Excel HELP No Longer Working

I tried to access the HELP on both my MS Word and Excel (2002 editions) and
it keeps trying to reinstall them.

I know they were on my computer but now suddenly they're gone.

Has anybody had this happen to them and what can I do to get the help
file(s) back on my system?

I would suggest that you've got some corrupted files somewhere, or indeed
accidentally deleted - a re install is probably in order sorry !
