Word and outlook crash on startup

I have Mirosoft office 2003 pro on the computer I built. It use to work fine.
Now word and outlook crash on start up. I reinstalled office and it still
does't work. What do I do?

modify your virtual
memory.

low virtual memory
will inhibit performance.

also, you may want
to initiate a clean boot.

however, before executing
a clean boot, boot your
system to safemode
with networking

and test word and outlook
there.

if they work in safe mode,
then initiate the clean boot
for normal mode.

I tried using it in safe mode and the same result happened so how do I
modify virtual memory?

select custom size
and set initial to 2
and max to 1150.

then acknowledge the
error message it will
provide because of
the minimum and reboot.

the other suggestion
I was thinking of was
clean booting.

but since the issue
exists in safe mode
too, clean boot wouldn’t
help.

I tried that and it didn't work I tried to reinstall it but still the same
result. What should I do?

technical support.

as long as your
word is not an
oem,

you are entitled
to 90 days free
support which
begins on "the day"
you submit a ticket

and not on the day
you bought the
software.

go to microsoft.com
to find the support.

if you ascertain a solution,
don’t hesitate to copy the
response / solution
against this thread to
conclude it.
