Word and outlook file conversion

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help.

Someone has sent me a RTF document with an image embedded in it.
The image is an Outlook File Attachment Object, as I don't use or have
Outlook
I was wondering if there was a way of retrieving the object?

Double clicking the icon just tells me that Outlook isn't installed!
