Word and Project frozen when open documents

Hi there,

When I try to open Word or Project document in my home, the word or project
program frozen and then told me can't find the printer. I use the laptop in
office and had a home ink jet printer installed. For the office setting,
there are a lot of printer queues in the domain. What I can do to fix it?

Try setting an "Available" printer as the default Printer BEFORE
attempting to open the files.
