Hi,
I have linked a Word .docx to an Access 2007 Unbound Object Frame on a
report. The information prints correctly as expected. When Access is closed
an instance of Word, which was not manually opened, shows on the Desktop. I
there a way to close this with an Event Procedure. Or should I just use a
PDF instead?
I was trying to offer the users a way to edit this data, only occasionally,
in something that would be more familiar to them in Word. Access 2007 RTF
capabilities are a little to limited for what we're trying to accomplish.
Also, since this item will be compiled into and MDE (or ACC2007 equivalent)
does the runtime supply the necessary Word .docx capability or is it my copy
of OFFICE that Word is using to provide the formating to the Report?
My apologies if this post is a duplicate, apparent internet error on the
last try.
Thank you,
Robin
