word art and embedded pictures

In reference to my previous question; the word art and embedded pictures at
the top of my web page will flash and then disappear when opening the file.
I have waited as long as one hour, but they will simply not load.

I went into graphic design and found that the pictures are there and tried
to replace one of them but nothing happened. I have also tried repairing the
office program, but that did not help.

Is my file corrupt?
