Word Art Black and White only - no colour??

I have a customer who has MS Office 2003 on a Toshiba Centrino Notebook.
When using Word Art in any of the programs or if she tries to put a fill
colour into a cell in Excel, no colour shows. It is black and white only.
Gone through options and cannot find anywhere that needs changing. I need
assistance please.

In the Accessibility folder of Windows Control Panel, make sure that High
Contrast is not enabled.

I am so very very grateful for your advice. The colour is back and all is
well. Lesley (my customer) also asked me to say thank to you so much. I find
it quite incredible that someone from so far away was able to help me so
effectively. Many thanks indeed.
