Word Art Printing Problem

In Word 2000, a user has a document containing Word Art. When she prints
the document, the Word Art does not print.

When she opens the document, she sees the Word Art. When she does a Print
Preview, the Word Art disappears. When she closes Print Preview, the Word
Art does not appear in her document. When she closes the document and
reopens it, the Word Art is back.

I'll appreciate any help anyone can give me on this!

Go to Tools > Options > Print (tab), make sure that "Drawing objects", its
also possible that floating, click on the Word Art, when the Word Art
toolbar appears, click "text wrapping" (dog icon) and select tight.
