Word Art Printing Problem

[John Smith]

MS Office 2000
Windows XP Home
HP 7130xi all in one

When I add word art to a document, the document will not print.
When I change the word art to regular text, the document prints.
This problem does not occur when I use MS Publisher.

Any ideas?
