-can't get print preview to recognize word art nor will the print
command recognize it either. This use to work o.k. but now for some
reason it doesn't. anyone have any ideas. Thanks in advance,

Hi Winx,

Please always state your OS and Office/Word version numbers when posting.
It makes it easier to give a useful answer.

You *can* see the Word Art in the document itself, right? Okay, go to
Word's Preferences> Print and be sure Drawing Objects is checked.
