Word as an email client in Outlook - Templates query

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2002 and have just started to use Word to
write/edit/read email messages.

When using Word in this way, I would like to attach a default template
to the email message when the message window is opened. Word currently
attaches a template, but I don't know where it comes from and can't
find a way to replace it.

Does anyone have any ideas?
