Word as email editor error

When attempting to launch word as the email editor in
Outlook 2000 the error message

"This form requires Word as your email editor, but word is
either busy or cannot be found"

I have similar problem with systems running Norton antivirus if you have
installed Norton antivirus it is worth having look at following knowledge
