Hello,
I have a couple of forms that I use to gather information
from users. I have noticed that if Word is set as the
email editor in Outlook and the format is HTML or Plain
Text, a blank email will remain open on the screen after
submitting the form.
If you have Rich Text as the format and Word as the email
editor, it will not stay open. The email will close.
Also if Word is not selected as the email editor it closes
fine.
The email sends correctly, I was just wondering if there
is a way to program the blank email to close upon sending
the form so a user is not confused with the blank email
sitting on their screen.
Thank you,
Matt
