Word as my Outlook editor

G

Gerry Sebastian

I cannot set Word as my Outlook editor. Keep getting a message that Word is
busy or the path cannot be found, then defaults to the Outlook editor. Word
is not busy so how do I determine and set the path for Outlook to use.?

Gerry, this newsgroup supports the OneNote program, not other Office
products, so you should post details to one of the Office (Outlook,
probably) newsgroups, but make sure to include which versions of the
products you're using on which operating system. It'll help them figure
things out. Quickly, one of the things you might try is to close all your
Office programs, then go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs and click
on your Office entry. Then do a Repair install. That may straighten out
the issue.
