Word as Outlook Mail Editor

I use Word as my Outlook e-mail editor. When starting up
in Outlook, I need a part-screen window.

However, if I set this in Outlook, Word itself then
starts with the saame sized window - and I want full-
screen.

Can I set the Outlook editor to start in a different size
of window from Word stand-alone? (Win XP/Office XP).
