Every time I change the format of anything in Word, the
entire document gets set to that formatting as well. I
have reinstalled Word and the problem still persists.
Is this a virus anyone is aware of, or do I likely have a
problem with my styles settings?
For example, if I type the word "Heading" and then on the
next line type "Regular text," when I go back up to
the "Heading" word and make it bold, the text below also
becomes bold. If I select undo, the other text returns
to its prior state and the "Heading" text remains bold.
This tells me that Word is performing some sort of auto
formatting function that is seen by the undo function as
a separate command.
