Word Automation Error

I'm using word automation in some asp applications, and sometimes i get the
following error:

Detection of product '{90280409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}', feature
'WordUserData', component '{8ADD2C93-C8B7-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}' failed.
The resource
'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\UserData' does not
exist.

what is this ?
how can i fix that ?

i've searched the microsoft's support page, but i didn't have found answers
to this.

I suspect the problem is caused by an add-in attempting to read or
modify a Registry key that does not exist - probably due a different
version of Word.

Felipe: Check the global templates and add-ins portion of the article
that Jeffery referenced first.
